Identification If the drivers were previously installed, the video card is identified in Device Manager under Display Adapters as RADEON. 1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel. 2. In Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance. 3. In Performance and Maintenance, click System. 4. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager. 5. In Device Manager, double-click Display Adapters. 6. Under Display Adapters, if RADEON is listed, this is the correct driver. Installation 1. Download the file to the desktop. 2. On the desktop, double-click the D00277-001-001.exe file. The needed files expand to the C:\Cabs\D00277-001-001 folder. 3. From the Start menu, click Run. 4. In the Run dialog box, type: C:\Cabs\D00277-001-001\setup.exe. Click OK. 5. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the installation. Removal 1. From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. In Control Panel, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon. 3. In the Add or Remove Programs window, click ATI - Software Uninstall Utility, and then click Change\Remove. 4. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the removal. Troubleshooting If you have difficulty installing the new driver, download the file again, and then perform the installation steps.
