Installation 1. Download the file to the desktop. 2. On the desktop, double-click the D00328-001-001.exe file. The needed files expand to the C:\Cabs\D00328-001-001 folder. 3. From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 4. With Control Panel in Category View, double-click Performance and Maintenance 5. In the Performance and Maintenance window, click System. 6. In the System Properties window, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager. 7. In Device Manager, click the plus sign (+) in front of the type of device you want to install the drivers for, and then double-click the specific device to open the Properties dialog box. 8. In the Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver. 9. In the Welcome to the Hardware Update Wizard dialog box, click No, not at this time, and then click Next. 10. Click Install from a list or specific location, and then click Next. 11. In the next Hardware Update Wizard dialog box, under Search for the best driver in these locations, click to clear the check mark from Search removable media (floppy, CD-ROM …), and that verify that Include this location in your search is selected. 12. In the text field, under Include this location in your search, type: C:\Cabs\D00328-001-001. Click Next. 13. Follow all onscreen prompts to complete the installation. Removal 1. From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. With Control Panel in Category View, double-click Performance and Maintenance 3. In the Performance and Maintenance window, click System. 4. In the System Properties window, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager. 5. In Device Manager, click the plus sign (+) in front of the type of device you want to remove the drivers for, and then double-click the specific device to open the Properties dialog box. 6. In the Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Uninstall. 7. In the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK. Troubleshooting If you are having difficulty during or after the driver installation, download the file again, and then perform the installation steps for a second time. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
