Overview  

This is a Windows Vista network driver for the computers listed in the Applicable Part Numbers section of this document. 


Installation 

After you have downloaded and double-clicked the file D20102-001-001, files self-extract and copy into the C:\Cabs\D20102-001-001 folder on the hard drive.

1.  From the Start menu, type C:\Cabs\D20102-001-001\Setup.exe into the Start Search Field and press ENTER. 

2.  In the User Account Control dialog box, click Allow/Continue.

3.  Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the installation.


Removal 

1.  From the Start menu, click Control Panel. 

2.  In Control Panel, click Uninstall a Program.

3.  In the Programs and Features window, select Realtek 8169 PCI, 8168 and 8101E PCIe Ethernet Netowrk Card Driver for Windows Vista and then click Uninstall/Change.

4.  In the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.

5.  Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the removal.


Troubleshooting

If you have difficulty during or after the driver installation, follow the removal procedure, and then re-install the drivers.
