Identification If you have a Solo(r) 3450 portable computer, upgrade to this BIOS. Installation 1. After downloading the file, double-click 7512660.exe to extract the files to your hard drive. 2. Copy all of the BIOS files from the C:\CABS\7512660 folder to a bootable floppy disk. 3. Place the floppy disk in the floppy disk drive, and then restart the computer. 4. At the A:\ prompt, type: 3400kbd H8DD21.BIN. Press the ENTER key to begin the flash. 5. When the flash is completed, the computer shuts down. Remove the disk from the floppy disk drive, and then restart the computer. Removal This file cannot be removed. Troubleshooting If you are having problems flashing the keyboard BIOS, verify that you are attempting to flash a Solo(r) 3450 and not a different Solo(r) computer.
