Identification To confirm that this is the correct chipset driver for your computer, follow these steps: If the computer is turned off: 1. Look at the bottom of your system to see if it matches any of the systems listed in the Applicable Part Numbers section below. Installation 1. The files extract to the C:\Cabs\M250vid4363 folder. 2. From the Start menu, point to Programs, Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer. 3. In Windows Explorer, in the C:\Cabs\M250vid4363 folder, double-click Setup.exe. 4. In the Welcome dialog box, click Next. 5. In the License Agreement dialog box, click Next. 6. In the Readme Information dialog box, click Next. 7. Click Finish to restart the computer. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
