Identification If you have a Gateway 600YGR2 and are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP, install these drivers. Driver Installation Note: If you are installing a later version of the driver or reinstalling the software, follow the uninstallation instructions first and make sure the BIOS on the computer is version 41.01.06 or later. 1. The files are extracted to C:\cabs\9522928. 2. Open My Computer, navigate to the C:\cabs\9522928 folder, and then open it. 3. In the 9522928 folder, double-click Install. 4. In the Begin Installation window, click OK. 5. In the Setup Complete window, click Close. Removal 1. From the Start menu, select Control Panel. 2. In Control Panel, open Add or Remove Programs. 3. In the Add or Remove Programs window, select Music Wizard 2.5, and then click Remove. 4. In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, click Yes. Troubleshooting If the O2 Micro application does not function correctly or will not play music on any station, try re-flashing the BIOS to version 41.01.06 or later. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
