Drivers are installed automatically as a part of the Protector Suite installation. It is not necessary to install the drivers separately. If you connect your device after you install the Protector Suite, the Found new hardware... wizard is displayed. Let the wizard find the drivers automatically, they are already pre-installed on your computer. If you for any reason need to reinstall the drivers, you can use the following procedure: 1. Plug in your fingerprint device. 2. If no "Found New Hardware" or similar dialog is displayed, open the Device Manager window: (Right-click MyComputer icon, or use shortcut Windows Key + Pause, select "Hardware" tab and click the "Device Manager" button) Then perform "Scan for hardware changes". 3. When prompted for drivers, insert the installation CD.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
