README FOR SOFTWARE/VERSION:  
TWAIN SensiCam V1.01 - TWAIN Driver Software

FOR PCO PRODUCT/VERSION:
PCI-Interface-Board 52x
SensiCam, DiCAM-PRO

DESCRIPTION:
This package includes a setup, which installs the following files
in your WINDOWS system directory and the selected application directory.


WINDOWS 9x/Me/NT4/2000:
 readme.txt   is copied to "SYSDIR"\system\twain_32\Pco
 tw_pco32.ds   is copied to "SYSDIR"\system\twain_32\Pco
 all Lut files are copied to "SYSDIR"\system\twain_32\Pco 

 all other files are copied to "APPDIR" (see list below)

Registry:
Following registry entries will be created during runtime of the software:
 HKCU\Software\PCO\TWAINPF 
 HKCU\Software\PCO\PixelFly x
Where x depends on the current number of the PixelFly camera (If there is one!).
In case of SensiCam, Dicam Pro, HSFC Pro please take a look at the SensiCam
driver disk readme.

The 'Application Related' files are the driver itself including the neccessary runtime dlls.

The 'Additional Tool' files are a display loupe.

The 'Pseudo Color Lookup Table' files can be used to convert b/w images into pseudo color images.


Installation Instructions:

Copy the SW_SCDPHPTWAINWIN_101.zip to a distinct directory ( e.g. 'PCOTEMP').
Unzip the file.

1.  Select above directory ( e.g. 'PCOTEMP').
2.  Start 'setup.exe' to run setup.
3.  The necessary files will be installed automatically.
4.  Reboot your computer.
5.  Now you are ready to run the camera control software.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
