1.After formatting DVD-RAM disc with DVDForm software,
there may be a possibility that DVD-RAM icon are changed to
  CD-ROM icon.
At that case, select [Refresh] from [View] menu on Explorer.

2.Note for using a DVD-RAM disc with the DVD MULTI Drive:
It is not possible to write to DVD-RAM discs while the Windows XP
standard CD-R/RW write function is activated.

After installing this driver, the Windows XP standard CD-R/RW
writing function for the DVD MULTI Drive is automatically turned off.
If it remains on, the following message is displayed:

The Windows XP standard CD-R/RW writing function is active.
To write to DVD-RAM discs, this function must first be turned off.

Do you wish to deactivate it?

Should you choose to deactivate here, you can still activate the
Windows XP standard CD-R/RW write function by turning on the
"Enable CD recording on this drive" setting in the DVD MULTI Drive
      property.

When using DVD-RAM discs, click [Yes] and turn off the
"Enable CD recording on this drive" setting.
