BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT").
THIS END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD. 
BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE SOFTWARE OR THE DOCUMENTATION.

 LICENSE AGREEMENT

THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE IN WHICH THE AGREEMENT IS CONTAINED (THE "SOFTWARE") AND ALL MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTATION RELATED HERETO, WHETHER PRINTED, ELECTRONIC OR AVAILABLE ONLINE (ALL SUCH MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTATION REFERRED TO HEREIN  AS THE "DOCUMENTATION") ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL TREATIES. THE SOFTWARE AND THE DOCUMENTATION ARE HEREBY LICENSED, NOT SOLD. THE SOFTWARE AND THE DOCUMENTATION ARE LICENSED FROM HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD, FOR USE ONLY BY YOU AND OTHER USERS AUTHORIZED IN WRITING FROM HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD. 


1. GRANT OF LICENSE:

THIS AGREEMENT GRANTS YOU THE FOLLOWING LICENSE:
a) You may install and use the Software in conjunction with only one supported printing device appropriately connected to standalone or printer server machine and solely for your internal business purpose. 
b) You may make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for archival purpose, provided that any such copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices and legends. 
c) You may make a printed copy of the Documentation, provided that any such copy is identical to the electronic version of the Documentation and is used solely for your internal business purpose. 


2. OTHER LIMITATIONS:

a) You shall not except under the terms listed above: (1) copy the Software or the Documentation; (2) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software or the Documentation; (3) copy the Software or the Documentation other than as specified above; (4) rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer in any manner or medium any licence or right to any aspect of the Software or the Documentation; or (5) remove any proprietary notices or legends in the Software or the Documentation. 
b) The Software is licensed as a single product and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer except under the terms listed above. 


3. LIMITED WARRANTY:

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR ERROR CORRECTION.
HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.


4. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY:

IN NO EVENT SHALL HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, 
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES 
SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the law of The Republic of Macedonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively settled by a court of competent jurisdiction at Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. 


6. WAIVER:

No delay or failure of HALKYON DEVELOPMENT TEAM LTD to exercise any right or remedy will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy. 


7. HEADINGS:

Section headings are provided for reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement for any other purpose or be given any substantive effect whatsoever.
