Installation Guide ---------------------- Running setup.exe on this diskette is the fastest way to install this software. For unattended installation, you can use parameter /S for silence install and /NR to specify no reboot. For example: setup /s (silent installation) setup /TYPE:USB (USB Mouse Preload installation) You may install the mouse driver manually as follows: - Windows 2000/XP 1. Click on "Start " button and point "Settings". 2. Click on "Control Panel". 3. Double click on "System" icon and display "System Properties". 4. In the "Hardware" tab, Click the "Device Manager..." button. 5. In the "Device Manager" Window, double click on the "Human Interface Devices" icon in the device list. 6. Select the proper "USB human interface device" and click the "Properties" button. 7. A property page about this device will appear, select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update Driver..." button. 8. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the driver update procedure. - Windows VISTA 1. Click on "Start " button. 2. Click on "Control Panel". 3. Double click on "System" icon 4. Click the "Device Manager...". 5. In the "Device Manager" Window, double click on the "Human Interface Devices" icon in the device list. 6. Select the proper "USB human interface device" and click the "Properties" button. 7. A property page about this device will appear, select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update Driver..." button. 8. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the driver update procedure. 2. Uninstallation ------------------ - Windows 2000/XP 1. In Control Panel, open "Add/Remove Programs". 2. In Install/Uninstall tab, select this software from the list and click on the "Add/Remove" button. 3. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the uninstallation procedure. - Windows VISTA 1. In Control Panel, open "Programs and Features". 2. Select this software from the list and click on the "Uninstall/Change" button. 3. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
