How to change your monitor drivers(for WindowsXP,Windows ME,Windows 2000,Windows 98,Windows 95)

    Step 1  Click the right button of mouse on your Windows desktop, then
	    click "Properties" and "Display Properties" appears; (or click 
	    "Start"->"Settings"->"Control Panel"->"Display").
    Step 2  Click the tab for Settings, then click "Advanced setting".
    Step 3  Click the tab "Monitor", then click "Change...", then "next",
	    after that click "Display a list of all the drivers in a
	    specific location, so you can select the driver you want", and
	    then click "next".
    Step 4  Change the Path of "Copy manufacture's files from:" "A:\" to 
	    the INF files it is.
    Step 5  Click "OK", select monitor type, click "Next", then "Next", then
	    "Finish", then "Close", then "OK" and then click "Close".
    Step 6  Click "OK" to save changes and close Display properties.

Note:
	The changes will not take effect until you restart Windows.
	To do this, click the Start button, click Shut Down, and 
	click Restart The Computer.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
