(A) V90 Update Wizard

** This Wizard is not suit for modem with firmware V0.519D .
** If your firmware version is V0.519D . Please update to V1.120 or
** V2.012 by FlashCom Utility first. The latest firmware can be
** download from Web site: www.hightech.com.hk

The Wizard queries the modem and, depending upon the result, presents
the user with various load options and then flash-loads the modem’s firmware.
Its primary goal is to handle the transition period during which ISPs are
updating their modems to the ITU V.90 specification. It loads the modem with
a "transitional" firmware that tracks the V.90 status of the most recent
connection made my the modem. When the wizard runs subsequently, it queries
the modem and tells the user whether or not to load the final V.90 firmware.
The Wizard also provides the ability to backup the modem’s existing firmware
to a disk file and the means to restore that firmware should the need arise.

To install the V90 Update Wizard:

	Run the A:\V90.bat file.

OR Copy all the file under a:\V90WIZ directory into your hard disk
	and then run "V90wiz.exe" file
	(1)C:\> MD C:\V90WIZ
	(2)C:\> COPY A:\V90WIZ\*.* C:\V90WIZ
	(3)C:\> CD\V90WIZ
	(4)C:\> V90WIZ.exe

(B) Plug & Play Utility (Optional for Plug & Play Modem)

The SETMODEM program is provided to allow your 56Kbps Plug and Play

2) find an available COM port
3) display the recommended COM port and allow the user to either agree
with the recommended COM port or to select a different COM port
(COM can have an IRQ of 3/4/5/7 and I/O base of 3F8/2F8/3E8/2E8/100/
    108/240)
4) exit the program after configuring the Plug and Play modem
5) before exiting, write a batch file line in autoexec.bat so that the
Plug and play modem will automatically be configured on the next power
   up
6) Run INSTALL.EXE for the first time installation of SETMODEM utility.

Note: This utility will not recommend COM1-4 even if available if Cardmanager
