 *NOTE: There are now 2 versions of the GDI Mini Driver, a 16-bit entry version for safety and
          compatibility and a 32-bit entry for higher performance.

          By design, Windows 95 GDI mini drivers are supposed to be entirely 16-bit
          compatible with Win 3.X applciations. Although GDI Mini drivers can be built
          using 32-bit code segments and can be run faster on Pentium and Pentium-II
          processors. 32-bit drivers are 100% compatible win applications that use
          GDI correctly. Applications that bypass GDI or alter the display driver code
          in anyway will have problems.

          The 16-bit GDI mini-driver should be selected and used if you are using applications
          that overwrite the display driver's code segment with their own unique optimiziations.
          Applications that are currently known to do this are:

             * Apple Quicktime (all versions if in QTW.INI Optimize=hardware or driver)
             * Adobe Premiere 4.X
             * ReachOut
             * Microsoft SMS
             * CoSession
