*********
* FILES *
*********

This diskette contains the files listed below in the root directory, and the
subdirectories shown below.

*    README - this file.

* TCCDISK.BAT tells you the diskette and driver version numbers.

* @0051.ADF is the Adapter Definition File used with a TC4046 Micro
     Channel adapter.

******************************
* UNCOMPRESSING DRIVER FILES *
******************************

The drivers on this diskette are self-extracting compressed files. To use a
driver on this diskette, first copy it from the appropriate directory on the
diskette to a another diskette, then expand the file on the diskette.

For example, enter the commands below at a DOS command prompt to expand the
DOS ODI workstation driver if the driver diskette is in Drive A: and the
diskette you are copying files to is in Drive B:

     A:
     CD \DOSODI
     XCOPY A:*.* B:
     B:
     DOSODI

(If your machine has only one diskette drive, use the command "XCOPY A:*.*
A:" and follow the prompts on your screen to switch diskettes.)

The command DOSODI expands the driver with its directory structure, if
any. (Some drivers include directory structures, some drivers do not.)

After entering the commands shown above, the DOS ODI workstation driver will
be located on the diskette Drive B:, along with support files (if any) and
the driver documentation.

************************
* DRIVER DOCUMENTATION *
************************

Documentation for the drivers shipped on this diskette is provided as ASCII
text files located in the same directory as the drivers. Many times, the
file name is identical to the driver name, except it has a .TXT extension.
For example, the name of the DOS ODI workstation driver is TCTOKSH.COM, and
the name of the file documenting the driver is TCTOKSH.TXT.

**********************************
* DIRECTORIES AND SUBDIRECTORIES *
**********************************

The diskette also contains the directories and subdirectories listed below:

\DOSODI   contains a self-extracting compressed file named DOSODI.EXE.  After
          uncompression, there will be three files: TCTOKSH.COM, TCTOKSH.INS
          and TCTOKSH.TXT.

          TCTOKSH.COM is the ODI driver for DOS NetWare workstations.
          TCTOKSH.INS is the configuration file you can use to install the
          ODI workstation driver with a Thomas-Conrad TC4035, TC4045, TC4046
          or TC4145 token ring adapter using the NetWare 4.x Client Install
          program. TCTOKSH.TXT is a text file that explains how to install
          and use the driver.

          Use this driver with NetWare v2.2, Advanced NetWare 286 v2.12 and
          up, SFT NetWare v2.12 and up, ELS NetWare Level II v2.12 and up, or
          NetWare v3.1x, and NetWare 4.x.
\NW_SERVR contains a self-extracting compressed file named NWSERVR.EXE. After
          uncompression, there will be three files: TCTOKH.LAN, TCTOKH.LDI
          and TCTOKH.TXT.

          TCTOKH.LAN is the NetWare server driver. TCTOKH.LDI is the
          installation and configuration file for NetWare v4.x. TCTOKH.TXT
          is a text file that explains how to install and use the driver.

          TCTOKH.LAN is a NetWare v4.x-compliant file server driver that can
          be used in file servers running NetWare v3.x, NetWare v4.x, and
          NetWare SFT III v3.11. When used in an SFT III file server (either
          v3.11 or v4.1), TCTOKH.LAN can be used as the IPX link, not as the
          MSL (Mirrored-Server Link).

        *************************************************************
        *                          NOTE                             *
        * The term "NetWare v4.x-compliant" server driver in this *
        * README means that the HSM (hardware-specific module, or *
        * server driver) meets the Open Data-Link Interface (ODI) *
        * v3.2 specification.                                       *
        *************************************************************
