Installing the Virgo Driver version 1.6 upgrade.

The installation of new iVision Virgo driver Version 1.6 strait forward and simple.  The first step is locate the My computer Icon on your desktop. Double click and expand the folder to show the control panel. 

The next step is open the Control Panel icon and find the computer system Icon Then double click on this Icon to find the Device Manager settings.

The next step is to scroll down to the sound, video and game controller section.  Now high light the iVision(tm), Virgo PN 60-3251 R1.0 driver. Then select the Remove button and delete this driver.  At this point you will be asked to restart for these changes to take effect do not restart the computer. 

The next step is to return to the system control panel and select the 
Multimedia icon from the control panel . Double click the icon to  activate the Multimedia Properties Panel. Then scroll down to video capture section and select iVision (tm) Virgo driver highlight it. Select properties and  click the Remove  button from the panel. This will delete the driver from multimedia section.

The next step is to shut the computer down by selecting shut down from the task bar.  After power cycling the PC you follow the normal installation process for install iVision Virgo capture driver.

The installation of Onetouch is done by going to the directory  called Setup and double clicking on the setup icon and  it will activate a automatic Setup Wizard.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
