IMPORTANT: READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SAMSUNG MagicLAN WIRELESS LAN CARD This License Agreement (Agreement) is between you, the licensee, and SAMSUNG Electro-Mechanics Corporation (SAMSUNG). This Agreement authorizes you to use the copy of the proprietary SAMSUNG MagicLAN Wireless LAN Card software stored on this CD-ROM and accompanying documentation (Licensed Software) under the terms and conditions set forth below. Read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the Licensed Software. By installing and/or using the Licensed Software, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, promptly return the Licensed Software (and accompanying documentation) to SAMSUNG or the authorized SAMSUNG reseller that has provided the Licensed Software to you. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE 1.1 SAMSUNG grants you the right to use the Licensed Software to run and operate the SAMSUNG MagicLAN Wireless LAN Card. For this purpose you may install the Licensed Software on the local hard disk of one computer and load the Licensed Software from the hard disk into the central processing unit memory for the purpose of executing the programs. Any other use is strictly prohibited. 1.2 You may not copy, use, modify, transfer or sublicense the right to use the Licensed Software. However, you may transfer all of your rights to the Licensed Software as granted herein on a permanent basis, provided that the recipient agrees to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. 1.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Licensed Software except to the extent such rights are granted to you pursuant to mandatory provisions of law in the country of use. 2. COPYRIGHT The Licensed Software and all rights, including without limitation proprietary rights therein, are owned by SAMSUNG (or its licensors) and are protected by international treaty provisions and applicable national laws. 3. TERMINATION OF LICENSE This Agreement is effective from the first day you install the Licensed Software. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying the Licensed Software. Your license rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon such termination you shall destroy the Licensed Software. 4. LIMITED WARRANTY 4.1 SAMSUNG warrants that the CD-ROM on which the Licensed Software is, is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. This warranty is granted to you as the original purchaser, it is not transferable and void if failure of the Licensed Software has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. 4.2 SAMSUNG will replace a CD-ROM not meeting the foregoing warranty, which is returned within the ninety (90) day warranty period to SAMSUNG or an authorized SAMSUNG reseller with a copy of your receipt. 4.3 THE ABOVE SETS FORTH THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATIONS OF SAMSUNG AND THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS IN THE SAMSUNG SOFTWARE. SAMSUNG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSLY MADE OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY BY SAMSUNG OR ANY OTHER PARTY OR PERSON THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE LICENSED SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SELECTION OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMSUNG, ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, EVEN IF SAMSUNG OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY EXCLUSION CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE HELD TO BE INVALID FOR ANY REASON AND SAMSUNG BECOMES LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, SUCH LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAMSUNG OR A SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED RESELLER FOR THE LICENSED SOFTWARE. 6. EXPORT CONTROL The Licensed Software is subject to export and import regulations. You agree to comply with all such regulations and acknowledge that you have the responsibility to obtain any licenses that may be required to export, re-export or import the Licensed Software from the country of purchase. 7. NOTICES All notices, the return of the Licensed Software as well as any questions you may have concerning this Agreement should be sent to SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG authorized reseller. 8. APPLICABLE LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of Korea.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
