Xircom Modem Installation Instructions for Windows NT 1. From the Windows Desktop, Click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel. Once Control panel opens, select Modem and double click. 2. Select 'Don't detect my modem, I will select it from a list.' Click next. 3. Click Have Disk then Click Browse. 4. Browse to C:\Winnt\Options\Xircom-Modem1513-NT (you will see mpc002b0.inf, select it). Click Open, then Click OK. 5. Xircom MPCI+Modem 56 WinGlobal, will be selected. Click Next. 6. Select which PORT you want to use with your Modem. Click Next. 7. The files will copy. Once done, Click Finish. Close the Modem Properties Window. 8. If prompted, restart your computer.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
