IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This CD contains the files necessary to install the Margi DVD-to-Go software onto your NEC Versa computer. To begin the installation, insert this CD into your CD-ROM drive. If Auto-Insert Notification is enabled, the setup program begins automatically. If it does not start automatically, go to the root directory of the installation CD and execute the SETUP program.

The SETUP program will automatically examine your system and install video driver updates if necessary.

If you have an NEC Versa LX, the latest ATi VPM drivers are installed.

If you have an NEC Versa SX, the latest Trident display and VPM drivers are installed.

If you have a different system, only the Margi DVD-to-Go software will be installed; no driver updates will be performed.

When the software is installed, you will be prompted to restart your system. You must restart your system to ensure that the video drivers are properly installed and that DVD playback functions properly. Before playing a DVD movie, you must go to the Volume Control and enable IIS. Be sure to uncheck the Mute box on the IIS slider to enable the DVD audio.

If you accidentally uninstall any of the updated drivers and need to do a manual reinstallation, use the CD to reinstall the drivers. To reinstall the drivers, access the appropriate directory and double-click the SETUP icon.
