Per the Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) Article ID 810090, it is recommended to install Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2000 SP4 to resolve this issue. The device drivers MUST be installed before the hardware is connected. a) Run the SETUP.EXE application from the CD provided or downloaded from the Targus website. b) Follow the on-screen instructions. c) Re-boot the computer when the installation program is complete. A user prompt will appear at the end of the installation program. d) Attach the PAEPR090 to your system. e) Windows will detect new hardware and install the correct drivers. =================================================================================== 3) Driver Removal ==================================================================================== a) From the Start Menu select Settings ==> Control Panel. b) Select the Add/Remove Programs Icon. c) Select the Install/Uninstall tab. d) Select and highlight the TARGUS PAEPR090 item. e) Click the Change/Remove button. f) Follow the on-screen instructions. ====================================================================================Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
