RAIDPlus Upgrade Kit Quick Installation Guide ============================================= Existing FlashPoint cards (BT-930, BT-932, BT-950, BT-952) can be upgraded to have RAIDPlus support. These cards will generally display "BusLogic Inc. BIOS version 1.xxx". After upgrading, the BIOS will display "Mylex Corp. BIOS version 2.xxx". Step 1: ------- Boot DOS with HIMEM.SYS loaded. Step 2: ------- Insert RAIDPlus Upgrade disk into the floppy drive and type "flash -f fpxxxxxx.rom", where fpxxxxxx.rom is the upgrade bios file (ie fp202n32.rom). Flash help can be obtained by typing "flash - help". Step 3: ------- After flashing the BIOS rom file, reboot the system to bring the changes into effect. Note: ----- When AutoSCSI is invoked by pressing <Ctrl-B>, the RAIDPlus Upgrade disk will need to be inserted into the floppy drive (A:). Normal boot operations will not require the Upgrade disk.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
