General Problems 3-1.(Problem) When distributing a driver to a client computer, installation fails and a message appears asking about the paths of some files. This problem occurs when drivers were originally installed from a CD-ROM containing more than one driver for a particular version of Windows. In this case, the multiple drivers appear in the list in Driver Storage Tool. Example of multiple drivers displayed in Driver Storage Tool: Windows 95 English <unknown> Windows 98 English <unknown> Windows Me English <unknown> Windows 95 English <unknown> Windows 98 English <unknown> Windows Me English <unknown> Windows Me English <unknown> (Solution) If two or more drivers are displayed for a particular version of Windows, select a driver that matches the OS version installed on the client and that has a suitable source location. Example: Supported OS: Windows 95 -> Source location: WIN95 3-2.(Problem) When EpsonNet WebManager and EPSON Status Monitor 2 or 3 are both installed on a computer, you are unable to monitor printer status using EPSON Status Monitor. (Solution 1) Download and install the latest Windows XP supported version of EPSON Status Monitor 2 or 3 from our Web site. (Solution 2) Install EpsonNet WebManager again. --------------------------------------------------------------------- General notice: Product names used herein are for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective owners.
