BSSID.

a) Power down routine will stop all the roaming and connection attempt, and wait until all these threads complete (all Semaphore released) before it shuts down the hardware.
b) When disassociation or de-authentication is received, change the association state
together with other AP related data, within the same spin lock, to avoid inconsistent
association state and AP related data.
4.Add PressCancel.exe(Repeat 3 times).
