-- How to clean install:

   I. Update Driver:
   1. "Copy the ZIP file to your HDD. The recommended directory is C:\Driver\LAN.
   2. Then unzip it with -d option to store the sub-directories.
      ex.)PKUNZIP -d C:\Driver\LAN\*.ZIP C:\Driver\LAN.
   3. Right click "My Computer" icon on desktop and select "Properties".
   4. In "Hardware" tab, click "Device Manager" button.
   5. Double click "Network adapters" -> "Ethernet Controller".
   6. In "Driver" tab, click "Update Driver..." button.
   7. Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" and click "Next>" button.
   8. Select "Include this location in the search:", and click "Browse" button to select LAN driver path.
   9. Click "Next>" button.
   10. Follow the instruction.
   11. Click "Finish" button, the driver will be installed properly.

   II. Install PROSet II:
   1. Run "PROSet.msi" from path C:\Driver\LAN\PROSetII\ to install PROSet II.
   2. Follow installshield process, select "Typical" setup.
   3. After install is finished, PROSet II will be effective.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
