In this directory contain two files

1. gaugeini.com
This is the battery gasgauge reinitialize porgram.

  You should execute it when you feel the battrey power meter goes wrong
that the display ico dosen't match the battery low power beep.

  After you execute it you should use AC adapter to charge to full and then
remove AC adapter let machine discharged (rundown) battery to the empty,
then plug AC adapter to full charge the battery, this will complete an
learning cycle of battery it makes battery gasgauge more accurate.

ps. The gaugeini.com should run with the BIOS that date code after 062696.
    (06696 means BIOS build time on Jnne ,6,1996 )

2. phdisk.exe

This is the Suspend to disk space allocation tool.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
