Fixed Bugs
1. Video stream will stop in interent environment after some user connection and disconnection action.
2. When editing the caption of the custom command name in config.ini and put it by ftp method, the panel will disorder.
3. Open new IE window repeatedly by CTRL+N in connecting IE window and the 3rd IE will crash.
4. After setting the sequtial(1 second period) and motion detection snapshot mode (send by ftp), video will stop sending when heavy motion detection is triggered.
5. When user sets the wrong ftp server ip, Visualserver will crash after setting the snapshot upload by ftp and working a long time.  
6. Fix the config.ini parameter problem.

1. FTP passive mode cannot be disabled.
2. Snapshots will stop sending when changing the snapshot interval to smaller value in sequential mode.
3. Some stringent network environment will receive bad web pages
4. Resolve the connection number over the maximun number in HTTP mode.
5. show the warning box when user types the invalid characters (",<,>) in camera control page.
6. Show a pop-up message window when user deletes one user in the security page.

12.When VS3102 connects to other FTP server, if the hello message is too large, our server can't handle this and disconnect this connection.
13.The system log can't be sent out when the sequential mode is turned on. 
14.When user switch camera type from auto to manual, all camera control buttons can't work because the interface type is wrong.
15.Fix save bug in Camera Control page.
16.Limit the year range between 2000~2035. If the user inputs the illegal, UI will skip this input and restore the last time information. 
17.Show "skip to invoke default server" in the default NTP server edit box.
18.Sync. the sanpshot jpg status with the video setting (color, flip, mirror). 
19.Remove one redundant startup log mail when system starts up.

Fixed Bugs
1. When the user inside the NAT network environment connects to VS3102 in UDP 
   transmission protocol, some user can't receive the audio and video. This 
   is caused by the NAT rule of different rounter. Use the most serious NAT 
   rule to implement our UDP transmission protocol.   
2. In 10Mbps ehthernet environment, VS3102 will stop sending the video and 
   hang up if user choice the UDP as the transmission protocol. Modify the
   socket module to fix this problem.
3. URL of clear data mode PTZ driver fails to send data.
4. FTP fails to send snapshots onto Microsoft IIS FTP service.

Improved Features
1. Remove some unusable Log and debug message.
2. Add getdi and setdo web link.
3. Improve the webpage response period.
4. When transmission protocol is changed to TCP or HTTP by the network
   environment problem, Show the warning message window to info user.
5. Clear data mode PTZ driver can read back data. Refer to updated user's manual.
