1.Download driver at www.aver.com to desktop.

2.Unzip file to folder on desktop.  (If you are not familiar with compressed zip file. 
  (You visit www.winzip.com for information on zipping and unzipping files.)

3.You need to uninstall the old program by going Start then Program select the AVerMedia
  folder and run the uninstaller.  (If you do not have program install step does not apply.)

4.You need to removed previous driver installed.  The uninstall driver is included with this download.  
  (If you do not have drivers 
  installed step does not apply.) 

5.Now restart your computer and it will boot up and detect new hardware found.  At this
  point you point it to the new driver located in the folder you Unzipped to your desktop.

6.Run setup.exe from the application folder disk one.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
