Attention: the upgrade process will erase all data in the BP300. Please backup any data in the NV400 before upgrading. 1. Install the driver in Windows XP or 2000. 2. Take off the battery first. 3. Push the "Power/Play" Key(keep pressing). 4. Connect your NV400 into a USB port. 5. Click Start-->Program File-->ASNV400 Audio Player-->Firmware Update. 6. Loose the "Power/Play" button when the LCD displayed. 7. Please mark "Format Data Area", and then click Start to upgrade the firmware. 8. Safety remove your NV400. 9.Connect it to your computer and copy some mp3 files then test again.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
