When "write protect" or "format" appear on Handy
Attention:
The Low-level format process will erase all data in the Handy Steno.
Please backup any data in the Handy Steno before use.
1. Please connect your Handy Steno 2.0 to your computer.
2. Only plug-in Handy Steno 2.0 to a USB port of your PC.
3. Extract the .zip file and double-click the "start.bat" file, the LED will be on.
4. Please wait until the LED off, and then safety remove.
5. Connect the Handy Steno 2.0 to your computer again.

Download Driver Pack
