Please disconnect all the USB devices from the router before and during the firmware upgrade (very important). 2. Before upgrading firmware, please press the reset button for 5 seconds to clear settings. 3. Please connect your PC directly to the Router through LAN port (RJ-45). 4. Go to Maintenance->Firmware Upgrade in the web configuration, and choose the firmware file 5. Start upgrading. Please do not close the web browser, turn off the power, or reset the router during the firmware upgrade process. Interrupting the firmware upgrade process can damage the router. 6. After the firmware is upgraded successfully, the router will reboot itself. This might happen before the counter is finished. 7. When the web page says "Upgrade Successful". Please wait for 3 minutes. Then try to login to the router again. If login successful, it means your router has now upgraded to the new version. 8. After successful firmware upgrade, if the router reboots itself every few seconds. Please unplug the power, and then plug it back in again. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
