        1.1     This package will update the Baseboard Management
                Controller (BMC) firmware only.  It will not affect
                any device drivers.

        1.2     Limitations

                If there is an error in loading the BMC firmware
                retry loading the software by repeating the
                instructions in section 3.

3.0  Installing and Setup Instructions
______________________________________

       Step by step instructions for this code update (GUI)

       - Run the "IBM xSeries x3610 BMC Windows Update Utility"
         by double-clicking the .EXE.

       - Choose "Perform Update" and click the "Next" button.

       - If the update is meant for the system on which it is
         running, the "Update" button will appear.  Click the "Update"
         button to continue.

       - Click the "Exit" button.
