1) INTRODUCTION
===============

The configuration utility VLSET.EXE allows you to view the current
settings of the ENET32-VL adapter and to change the settings. These
settings include the I/O address, interrupt channel, Boot ROM address,
cable type and burst mode.

2) CONFIGURE THE ADAPTER
========================

The valid values for the settings are:

    1. Base I/O Address  : 220, 240, 280, 2A0, 300, 320, 340, 380

    2. IRQ Number        : 3, 5, 10, 15

    3. Boot ROM Address  : C800, D000, D800, Disable

    4. Cable Type : AUI, BNC
			   Note that TP is not one of the values because
			   drivers for the ENET32-VL adapter will auto-detect
			   for TP if one is plugged in.

    5. Burst Mode : OFF, ON

Any of these settings can be changed by selecting its number, and then its
value. To make the changes effective, press R to reprogram the EEPROM on
the adapter. The default settings of I/O address 300, IRQ 5, Boot ROM address
C800, cable type BNC and burst mode OFF can be restored by pressing L, and
then R to reprogram the EEPROM.
