1. OVERVIEW
===========

OrangeWare/Intel USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller driver can only
be used on Windows* 98SE and Windows* Millennium on Intel Desktop
boards with ICH4.


2. SUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEMS
==============================

The OrangeWare/Intel USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller is only 
supported under the following operating systems:

Windows* 98SE
Windows* Millennium


3. DRIVER INSTALLATION NOTE
===========================

1. Extract the driver files to a directory on your hard disk. 
2. Start the "Add New Hardware" wizard in control panel 
(Click Start/Settings/Control Panel).
3. Select "Specify the location of the driver" and click "Next"
4. Select "Specify Location"
5. Click on the "Browse" button and select the directory where you
saved the driver.
6. Click "Next" to install the driver.
7. Click "Finish" after the driver installation is complete.


4. KNOWN ISSUES
===============

1. Under Win98SE some USB keyboards may not be functional after
waking from S3 or S1 sleep state.

This will be fixed in a future revision.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
