1) GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1) PLINK2.DOS v3.50
This driver is for NDIS 2.01.
1.2) OEMSETUP.INF
This is the driver installation file for the NDIS 2.01.
2) INSTALLATION
2.1) Windows For Workgroups v3.11
a) Start Windows For Workgroups v3.11
b) In the Network group window, choose the Network Setup icon.
c) The Network Setup dialog box, choose the Drivers button.
d) When the Network drivers box appears, choose the "Add" Adapter
button.
e) The Add Network Adapter box appears. From the list of
network adapters, select "Compex ParaPort2 Pocket Ethernet Network
Adapter" and then choose the OK button. Driver installation ends
here.
If you can't find "Compex ParaPort2 Pocket Ethernet Network Adapter"
in the list select Unlisted or Updated Network Adapter and continue
with the rest of the steps.
f) The Install Driver box appears. Insert driver diskette
into floppy drive and type the path of the NDIS driver. Choose
the OK button
eg. a:\wfw311
g) The Unlisted or Updated Network Adapter box appears. Inside
this box, "Compex ParaPort2 Pocket Ethernet Network Adapter" appears
highlighted. Choose the OK button.
h) In the Network Drivers dialog box,"Compex ParaPort2 Pocket
Ethernet Network Adapter" appears highlighted. Choose "close"
button if you do not wish to view or modify the adapter
configuration.
If you wish to view or modify the adapter configuration refer
to B) DRIVER PARAMETERS in this text file.
i) The Network Setup dialog box appears. Under the Network driver
list "Compex ParaPort2 Pocket Ethernet Network Adapter" appears
highlighhted. Choose <OK> button.
j) The Windows setup dialog box appears. choose the NO for all.
B) Driver Parameters

PRINTER PASS-THROUGH
--------------------
Enabling this parameter enables the ParaPort2 to print while accessing
the network.
Default is disabled.
- Highlight the "Compex ParaPort2 Pocket Ethernet Network Adapter"
in the "Network" window and click the "setup".
- Next click the "Advanced" option
The window will display the property "PRINTER PASS-THROUGH"
and the items below:
o value [ ]
o Not Present
- clicking "value" will enable the parameter and "Not Present"
will disable.
- Click <OK> to complete selection
Download Driver Pack
