The follow are the steps for installation of DOSODI driver for MS-DOS Client for Windows: 1. Delete all the files installed for MS Client and delete all the lines related with MS Client in autoexec.bat. 2. Reboot PC. 3. Run SETUP to install MS Client, Select "ODI/NDIS Support Driver" from list and select "Add Protocol" to add NETBEUI protocol. Follow the instruction to complete the installation. 4. Modify PROTOCOL.INI: Change all the lines BINDINGS=ODINSUPMAC to BINDINGS=PLINK2 (there should be three lines needed to be modified). The attached please find the sample. 5. Copy ODINSUP.COM, LSL.COM, PLINK2.COM and NET.CFG to the directory of MS Client installed. The attached please find it. 6. Copy NETBIND.COM, NWLINK.COM from source directory of MS Client to the directory of MS Client installed. 7. Modify AUTOEXEC.BAT: The attached please find a sample for it. 8. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
