TCP/IP protocol not works issue on Realtek 8169/8168/8101E inbox driver

Q. Realtek inbox driver for Windows Vista RTM has software compatibility issue when TCP/IP protcol driver
tries to bind the LAN miniport driver.
If not cable connected to the network card first, the DHCP client could not bind to TCP/IP protocol stack
   after system boot.
'ipconfig /all' does not show the adapter, too. Device manager could show the adapter.

A. How to ensure that DHCP client always binds the TCP/IP protocol

   1. Connect the network cable to adapter first
   2. Power on the machine and system boots
   3. The TCP/IP protocol could successfully bind to the LAN driver now and the network works.
   4. You can use 'ipconfig /all' to check the IP address.
