Instructions (brief):

For preloading run BioAdminTool.exe.

step 1: Push button "1. Reset to factory default" and wait until formatting is ready. 
step 2: Then push button 2. A new dialog will open, choose Format.

Note: On a new device you can skip step 1.

BioAdminTool.exe - Resets device to factory default, launches runme.bat
runme.bat - will first clear file attributes and then will launch BioFormat.exe.
BioFormat.exe - makes preloading on CD-Rom partition


Warning (important): 
Do not run BioFormat.exe by itself since it only makes preloading on CD-Rom partition. Hidden area and data partition
are not cleaned up automatically and the data from this zones may be altered during this operation resulting in unpredictable behaviour.
If you are using BioFormat on a used device then at first run you should choose "Reset to factory default".


Details:
1. BioFormat create 1M hidden area, 10M CDROM partition and the remaining space go to the second FAT partition.
2. The contents of CDROM directory will be used to create CDROM partition image.
3. CDROM partition's size will auto-extend by the real size of CDROM directory.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
