This file describes normal monitor installation procedures for Windows 95. Use these procedures when installing Likom monitors. Plug & Play (DDC) monitor INSTALLATION PROCEDURE If your dispaly adapter and driver support Plug & Play the DDC monitor will be automatically detected and installed as a "VESA DDC compatible monitor" by Windows 95 at startup. If it is not, then follow the procedure for manual installation below. MANUAL MONITOR INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. Click the "Start", point to the menu "Settings", then click the "Control Panel". 2. In the "Control Pannel" windows, double click the "Display" icon. 3. In the "Display Properties" windows, click the "Settings" tab 4. Click the "Advanced Properties" button. 5. In the "Advanced Display Properties" windows, click the "Monitor" tab 6. Click the "Change..." button 7. Click the "Have Disk..." button on the "Select Device" window. 8. Specify the path to the INF file and press the <ENTER> key: Example 1: Insert the disk in the A: floppy drive, and enter A:\. Example 2: Type in the name of the directory where you copied the INF file, either on your local hard drive or on a network share. Example 3: If you're not sure exactly where the INF file is, choose the "Browse..." button are find them. 9. Click "OK" button then back to the "Select Device" window. 10. Click on the "Show All Devices" in "Select Device" window. 11. Select your monitor model from the list and then click "OK" 12. Click the "Close" button on the "Advanced Display Properties" to return to "Display Properties" 13. If system pop-out a "Refresh Rate" message box, click on the "OK" button 14. Click on the "OK" button from the "Display Properties" windows to finish the monitor setting.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
