This ZIP archive contains:
.\Manuals      Information on the display configuration (user and a service manual pdf)
.\Utility      Virtual Memory Switch Manager
.\VirtualCOM   Driver for the "virtual COM" device (Windows 98&ME or 2000&XP&2003)

Some short instructions:
After installing the Virtual COM driver, you will have an additional (virtual) COM port on your computer.
You then can communicate with the DM02 via this com port.

Factory default settings for the DM02 you have got:
* 115200kBit 8-N-1 
* Runnning in ESC/POS compatible protocol.

Further information about configuring the module you can find in the manuals (refer to USB type only).

OPOS driver for the Line Display DM02 (BCD-1000) is also available.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
