5. Restrictions on Use of Easy-PhotoPrint and Printing ---------------

The following restrictions are placed on the use of this product
and printing by the printer. Pay attention to these restrictions
  before use.

   - If you are not satisfied with the print quality when Photo Paper
Pro is selected from [Media Type] on the [2.Paper Selection]
tab, selecting Photo Paper Plus Glossy may contribute to the
     improvement in the print quality.

   - The print result may be lightened depending on the model,
when Plain Paper is selected from [Media Type] on the
     [2.Paper Selection] tab.

   - Once you have selected Photo Paper Plus Glossy or Glossy Photo
Paper from [Media Type] on the [2.Paper Selection] tab, it will
take much time to print on other types of paper. In such a case,
select a paper type again in the following manner:
     1. Select the media type you want to use for printing from
[Media Type] on the [2.Paper Selection] tab.
     2. Exit Easy-PhotoPrint.
     3. Start Easy-PhotoPrint again, select a number of copies,
and open the [2.Paper Selection] tab to check the media
        type selected now.

   - Printing on large size paper such as A3/A3+, some computers
cannot print properly if you print more than one page or copy
     at a time.
It is recommended to print page by page when you print on such
     paper.

   - While printing on paper larger than A4 or printing high-resolution
images, data may be printed only to the middle if many images are
     printed at a time.
In such cases, select [Spool print job page by page] in the
[Preferences] dialog box and print again.

   - For Digital Face Smoothing, the image should be within 71 pixels
to 4096 pixels on each side.

   - When Red-Eye Correction is in auto mode, other parts other than
eyes may be corrected. In this case, click [Cancel Correction]
     and correct manually.

   - Normal operation of the Easy-PhotoPrint under Windows XP was
verified, but it does not support the Fast User Switching
     function of Windows XP.
It is recommended to exit the Easy-PhotoPrint function before.

   - When starting the Easy-PhotoPrint, a processing message appears.
In Windows Me or Windows 98, it may take time to start.
Wait a while until the message disappears.
