Congratulations, you have successfully programmed your
Receive Mode to Fax/Tel Mode.

If you need to change your Receive Mode to one of the other 
choices, you can go through the Desktop Manager to change 
the default mode by following these simple steps:

	1. Start the MultiPASS Desktop Manager.
	2. Select Setup from the menu bar.
	3. Choose Receive Fax from the drop down list.
	4. In the Answer section, select the Receive Mode from the
	    drop down list.
	5. Click OK.

See your User's Manual for details.

You must have a telephone attached to the MultiPASS L6000
to receive voice calls.

When you receive a voice call, you must pick up the telephone
attached to the MultiPASS L6000. If you pick up another phone
attached to the same line but NOT attached to the unit,
the MultiPASS L6000 will continue to ring.

Other phones attached to the same line but NOT attached to the
MultiPASS L6000 will ring for both faxes and telephone calls.

HINT: If you have only one telephone line, the most efficient
way to use your MultiPASS L6000 is to attach a cordless phone.
When the telephone rings, you can pick up the cordless phone
anywhere; you don't need to be near the MultiPASS L6000.
