Software License Agreement Japan CBM Corporation ("CBM") grants you a license to use the software program and associated documents (hereinafter called "this software"), if you agree to the conditions of this agreement. This software together with associated documents is not for sale. By downloading or installing this software to your computer, you ("user") are assumed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, use of this software is prohibited. 1.Copyright The copyright of this software is owned by Japan CBM Corporation. Therefore, the user must handle this software like other literary works. 2.Restrictions You are permitted to use this software on a single computer owned, leased, or managed by the user. You are not permitted to use the software on more than a single computer or on "LAN" or other network. The user is not permitted to transfer, sublease, move, pledge, lease, lend, or share the user's right permitted in accordance with the conditions of this agreement. The user is also prohibited to use this software for the purpose of trade or commercial use. You also agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile this software. The user and the person under the control of the user must not copy this software. This agreement is not intended to transfer all our rights including copyright relating to this software to the user but it is simply an agreement related to the license to use the software with revocable limited right in accordance with the conditions of this agreement. 3.License period This agreement is effective from the date you installed this software. CBM has the right to cancel this agreement without affecting other rights if the user fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement. In such a case, the user is prohibited to use this software. 4.Support service CBM may supply a modified program or replace the program upon its judgment if this software does not actually operate under any normal usage or if there is any physical defect in the medium of this software. Issues on use covers a broad range of causes attributable to computer itself, operating system, or other peripheral devices. However, CBM supports only issues attributable to our product. 5.Liability limitations In no event will CBM be liable to you for any damages, including any indirect, incidental, consequential, specific, typical damages, lost profits, suspended business, lost business information, or other monetary damages but not limited to them arising out of the use or inability to use this software. The same applies even if CBM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6.Trademark right All the rights related to the trademarks of individual companies described in this software are not granted to any user. The user may not demand any right on these trademarks. 7.Prohibition on export The user agrees not to export this software directly or indirectly. 8.Others Items not specifically stated in this agreement are subject to copyright laws and related regulations of Japan. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
