To install the driver for your NIC Card Encore ENL832-TX-EN (IC_Plus) First of all, you must uncompress these files into a folder of your election. then just go to the device manager (StartMenu>RUN>devmgmt.msc en hit enter) once in the windows device manager, go find the bang "!" icon that is referrig to the nic card under the network adapters list, then just right click on it > "update Driver">"Install from a list or specific locatoin", and point it to the correct folder according to the OS version that you have. Sergy *-**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Spa Para instalar el driver: primero que nada descomprime estos archivos a una carpeta de facil acceso. ve al adminsitrador de dispositivos de windows (puedes accesar a el haciendo click en inicio>ejecutar>devmgmt.msc y dar enter) ya que estes ahi, solo busca el signo de exclamacion "!" que corresponda a tu tarjeta de red,(debe de estar debajo de la seccion Adaptadores de red) una vez que lo encuentres, solo haz click derecho>Actualizar driver>"Instalar desde una ubicacion especifica", ya ahi solo tienes que hacer que busque en la carpeta correcta dependiendo de la version de windows que tengas. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
