*   Novell Netware (Version 3.x)
* Novell Netware Lite (Version 1.00)

The Ethernet PC card has been designed to be totally compatible with a
conventional NE2000 Ethernet board. To use it with Novell Netware and
an ODI driver, follow the instructions in your Novell manual, using the
Novell supplied NE2000 driver.

When you have done this, you may need to enable the PCMCIA port and the
Ethernet PC card. If your portable does not automatically detect and
enable PCMCIA cards, copy ECARD.EXE to your hard disk or network boot
diskette and type ECARD before running LSL, NE2000 and logging on.

                         ***********************

Alternatively, you can use the drivers which are supplied on this disc. To
do this, follow the instructions below:

1. Copy the file NE2ODI.COM from the \ODI subdirectory on your Drivers
Disk to the appropriate subdirectory on your hard disk or network boot
    diskette.

2. If your portable does not automatically detect and enable PCMCIA cards,
copy ECARD.EXE to your hard disk or network boot diskette and run ECARD.

3. To start the workstation, change to the appropraite subdirectory and
load the drivers in the following order:

        LSL
        NE2ODI
        IPXODI
        NETX

4. Change to the network driver (Usually F:\LOGIN>).

5. Log in to the network.

Note: If you are using an extended memory manager and the ECARD enabler,
you may need to explicitly exclude memory area D800-D8FF, or
other 4 Kbyte memory space defined by the /MEM parameter.
