All drivers files do not fit in one floppy of 1.44MB.
So all files has been included in a self extractible file (ogldrv.exe).
Installation of OPENGL drivers for the AccelECLIPSE graphics card
(HP Kayak XW series U2, models D550xN)
IMPORTANT NOTE : INSTALL FIRST THE NT4.0 SERVICE PACK 3 and reboot your
system and then follow the above procedure. Else, your system will
not be well setup.
Installation of NT4.0 service pack 3 is detailed in a specific chapter at
the end of this document.
1. transfer the ogldrv.exe file in an empty directory
eg : c:\temp\ogldrv\
2. execute ogldrv.exe to uncompress and explode all files.
3. Double-click on "My Computer", then on "Control Panel" then on the
"Display" icon
4. Select the "Settings" tab
5. Click the "Display Type" button and the "Change ..." button
6. Click the "Have Disk..." button
7. In the box for "Copy manufacturer's files from:" enter the directory
on the HP Driver CD-ROM where the AccelECCLIPSE graphics drivers
are located c:\temp\ogldrv\ and click the "OK" button
8. Highlight the "AccelGraphics AccelECLIPSE" display type, and click
"OK".
9. Click "Yes" in the following popup window about the third party driver
to proceed.
10. Click "OK" in the next popoup window, that informs you that the
drivers have been successfully installed.
11. Close the "Display Type" and "Display Properties" windows.
12. Then click "Yes" to confirm that you want to restart your computer.

AccelECLIPSE driver configuration
To optimize the driver settings for your OPENGL application, access the
application configuration applet by
1. clicking on "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Display" ->
"AccelECLIPSE" tab
2. The "AccelECLIPSE" tab provides a user interface to optimize the
driver settings of the AccelECLIPSE graphics card.
3. Click on the "Optimize for applications" button
4. check the radio-button of your application, or "Generic OpenGL" if
your OPENGL application is not listed.
5. Click the "Apply" button, then "OK"
6. If prompted, click "Yes" to confirm that you want to restart your
computer.
Online help give information of each set of AccelECLIPSE applet
(press the "?" button and then select the required set).

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
