======================================
1. Certain TrueType fonts may not be printed correctly. If this occurs,
you should disable the Use Printer Fonts check box in the Detailed Settings
for Objective dialog box to ensure that all fonts are downloaded with the
document, rather than using only those fonts that reside in the printer. The
Detailed Settings for Objective dialog box is displayed by clicking the
Details button in the Quality sheet.

2. When Overlay Printing, use the overlay form whose size is the same as the
paper size of the document you are going to print.

3. When creating a custom paper size in the Print Server Properties dialog box
of Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP, specify the margins as 1/4 inch.

4. When creating a overlay form file in one machine operating Windows
NT4.0/2000/XP, you cannot specify another machine operating Windows NT4.0/
2000/XP in the network as the place to save the new form file.

5. In order to get the device status automatically under the NetWare network
environment, select the Frame Type you are using instead of the Auto
setting by using the network settings in the Windows Control Panel.

6. Specify a NetWare Server name or NDS tree name up to 15 characters.

7. For Windows 2000/XP when installing with Add Printer from the Printer
Folder, the Cannot find Digital Signature message may appear.
If this message appears, continue with the installation. The printer will
   install correctly.

8. For Window XP, it is necessary to use TCP/IP as a network protocol in order
to set up the printer configuration automatically when using a Remote
Desktop environment, or when Windows is shared by multiple users.

9. For Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP, when using booklet printing with saddle
stitch, the printed cover page loaded from Stack Bypass may be attached
upside down. If this ooccus, put the cover page in the Stack Bypass in the
   opposite direction.

10.When using Secured Printing, the user name specified in the Secured Print
Settings dialog box may not be printed correctly on the Job Log depending
on how the printer and the PC are connected.

   - Windows 95/98/Me/NT4.0
The login name you specified when starting Windows is printed if the
printer and PC are connected by other means than through a local port.
   - Windows 2000/XP
The login name you specified when starting Windows is printed if the
