First step

1.create /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/egcs-2.91.66
  
 
2.copy all files in /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96/ directory
  to  /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/egcs-2.91.66/
   
        
Instruction:
*Compile the driver for lna100
1.extract the source code in /usr/src/linux/pcmcia-cs-3.1.19/
 using 
  
   tar -xzvf lna100sr.tgz

2."make config" in /usr/src/linux/pcmcia-cs-x.x.x if this
is the first time you compile the driver to build the environment
 
3. change to the directory of the driver by 
    
   cd lna100src

4. make the driver now using

   make

5. if the compiling finished successfully, the driver will be
   named lna100.o

*Make Config Howto

Executing "make config" is to creat the config.mk which is needed
to compile the driver .After you issuing "make config" , a sequence
of question need to answer:


Q1: specify the source directory of linux.almost in /usr/src/linux

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
