BE CAREFUL - DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING Find all instances in the registry of: btwusb 95C7A0A0-3094-11D7-A202-00508B9D7D5A widcomm For each, figure out what is the appropriate tree of registry keys and delete it. It will be necessary to use C:\WINNT\system32\regedt32.exe to add full control permission to some registry trees. In C:\[WINDOWS|WINNT]\inf, find and remove the BTWUSB inf file(s). Find them by searching for files containing "WIDCOMM" The file(s) should be named oem*.inf In C:\[WINDOWS|WINNT]\system32, delete btw_ci.dll In C:\[WINDOWS|WINNT]\system32\drivers, delete btwusb.sys and frmupgr.sys Then rebootDownload Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
