This is a legal agreement between you, either individual or 
entity(Licensee) and Mediamatics Inc.  having a place of business 
at 4633 Old Ironsides Drive, Suite 328, Santa Clara CA 95054. If 
you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, press the REJECT
button and this setup program will exit.

By pressing the ACCEPT button, you are bound by the terms of this 
agreement.

1. Mediamatics Inc. hereby grants to Licensee a personal,worldwide,
non-exclusive and non-transferable restricted license to use the 
Licensed Software on a single user computer, or on a single 
terminal or workstation of  a  local area network.
	
2. Licensee is authorized to make only one copy of the Licensed 
Software solely for backup purposes.

3. In no event shall Licensee attempt to reverse engineer, 
decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Licensed Software
to human-readable form for which it has no legal claim of 
ownership or contractual right to use.	

4. Nothing on this agreement shall affect the exclusive ownership 
by Mediamatics Inc. of the Licensed Software, or any patents,
trademarks, copyrights or other property rights pertaining to the 
Licensed Software.

5. This license shall be effective until terminated. Licensee may 
terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the 
Licensed Software.

6. This Agreement may terminate automatically, without notice from 
Mediamatics Inc,if the Licensee fails to comply with this Agreement. 

7. Damage Limitation
INDEPENDENTLY OF ANY OTHER LIMITATION HEREOF AND 
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY 
SET FORTH HEREIN IS SERVED, IT IS AGREED THAT IN 
NO EVENT SHALL EITHER  PARTY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, 
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND 
UNDER THIS LICENSE EVEN IF MEDIAMATICS INC. HAS 
BEEN ADVISED OF  THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8.U.S. Government Restricted Rights
Use, duplication or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to 
restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights 
in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
DFARS 252.227-7013(Oct. 1988) and FAR 52.227-19 (June 1987).

Santa Clara, CA 95054.

9. General
This  Agreement shall be governed by the laws(excluding choice 
of law rules) of the State of California.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
