Welcome to Accton's 1Step for NetWare workstation configuration program.
At the DOS prompt, type one of these options and press the ENTER key:

ODI3x	 Configures adapter and installs Novell's generic ODI driver
	 software for NetWare v3.11.
	 It use 802.3 frame as default frame type.

ODI40	 Configures adapter and installs Novell's generic ODI driver
	 software for NetWare v3.12 or 4.0.
	 It use 802.2 frame as default frame type.

MPX	 Configures adapter and installs software for Novell NetWare
	 v3.11 or 4.0 using Accton's MPX ODI driver. For best performance
	 in Netware 3.11, MPX drivers should be installed in both the
	 server and the workstation.

IPX	 Configures adapter and installs Novell's IPX driver software
	 for NetWare v2.2, v3.11, or 4.0.

INSTALL  Use this selection for all other hardware and software
	 configurations. Run the full-screen installation by typing
	 "1step" from the directory in which you install it.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
